Pet-Friendly Policies On behalf of Suites Colonial Hotel, we love welcoming all family members, including those with four legs. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests, we have established the following pet-friendly policies: Pet Policies in Rooms Pet Limit per Room: A maximum of one pet per room is allowed. Please confirm in advance. Pet Weight Limit: Pets must not exceed 20kg. Guide dogs are the only exception to this policy. Guide dogs must present their certification and wear their harness for identification purposes. Pet-Friendly Fee: When making the reservation, guests must provide pet details, including name, weight, and vaccination certificate. Guests will sign a liability agreement upon check-in at the hotel reception. An additional fee of $10 USD per pet, per night, will be charged to cover cleaning and maintenance services. At check-in, guests must provide a credit card at reception to open a voucher for any incidents their pet may cause during their stay. If a credit card is not available, a cash deposit of $50 USD or its equivalent in local currency will be required. Permitted Spaces: Pets must remain within the assigned rooms. They may not be left unsupervised in the rooms. Daily cleaning service is mandatory; please inform the reception of your preferred cleaning schedule and ensure your pet is out of the room during cleaning. Care and Behavior: Owners are responsible for any damage or inconvenience caused by their pet. Pet Items: As a courtesy, we provide pet beds and bowls. The hotel does not assume responsibility for feeding your pet. Health and Vaccination: All pets must be up to date with their vaccinations and free from contagious health issues. Pet Policies in the Breakfast Area Designated Zone: Pets are allowed exclusively in designated areas for guests with pets. Please consult our staff to locate these spaces. Proper Conduct: Pets must always be supervised and controlled, either on a leash or in carriers while moving through the hotel’s public areas. Hygiene: Owners are responsible for promptly and appropriately cleaning up their pet's waste in the designated areas. Owners must keep the area clean and immediately pick up after their pet. It is prohibited to use hotel towels for pets. Respect for Other Guests: If a pet exhibits aggressive behavior or causes disturbances, owners may be asked to remove it from the area. Restricted Access: For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed direct access to food stations.
